Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua left practice early on Thursday due to a calf injury, according to Yahoo Sports reports. His availability for the upcoming game against the Raiders remains uncertain as the team monitors his condition.

This injury adds to the Rams' growing list of sidelined players, including star wide receiver Davante Adams, who is out with a ruptured hamstring and placed on injured reserve. Other key absences include defensive tackles Poona Ford and Kobie Turner, and kicker Blake Grupe, as reported by Yahoo Sports.

Coach Sean McVay acknowledged the mounting injuries and the challenge of maintaining a competitive roster as the Rams try to recover from a recent loss. Despite the injuries, McVay expressed confidence in the existing roster depth and has not considered acquiring an external receiver at this time.

Nacua has been a critical player for the Rams this season, with 37 catches for 417 yards and a touchdown in just four games. He is especially important in Adams' absence, as the team has limited wide receiver options beyond Nacua, Konata Mumpfield, Tutu Atwell, and Jordan Whittington.

The Rams face a challenging situation as they prepare for their Week 7 matchup against the Raiders at SoFi Stadium, with several key players injured and uncertain availability heading into the game.

The team will continue to evaluate Nacua's injury in the coming days to determine his status for the game and adjust their lineup accordingly.
