The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is proposing to renew its information collection related to protecting alluvial valley floors as required by law, according to the Federal Register.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) also invites public comment on renewing three existing information collections as part of its obligations under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

The Department of Homeland Security plans to submit an Information Collection Request for its ICE FOIA Request Form (I-902) to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance.

Additionally, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking public comment on extending the Office of Management and Budget clearance for its Fuel Rating Rule for three more years, with the current clearance expiring on October 31, 2026.

All these proposals are posted in the Federal Register’s prototype Web 2.0 version, which is an unofficial informational resource pending official legal status from the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register.
