Bon Appétit introduces a Bake Club featuring three meticulously tested holiday pie recipes for Thanksgiving.

Bon Appétit has announced the November edition of its Bake Club, focusing on holiday pies to simplify Thanksgiving dessert preparation, according to the outlet.

Senior editors and bakers Jesse and Shilpa lead the Bake Club, sharing new recipes each month to engage a community of bakers who enjoy both the process and results of baking.

This month’s Bake Club features three pies using a flaky pie crust developed in 2022, which has become the Test Kitchen's preferred dough, highlighting a Cranberry Meringue Pie and a Bourbon Caramel Apple Pie among others.

Participants can join the Bake Club chat on Substack, share photos on Instagram with the hashtag #BABakeClub, and interact through recipe notes on the Epicurious app, fostering a collaborative baking experience.

Each recipe is accompanied by a podcast episode released the following month, where baking questions are answered, further supporting the community of curious bakers.
