Pomerantz LLP has announced class action lawsuits concerning investors who suffered losses on their investments in Yiren Digital Ltd., Millrose Properties, Inc., and Amdocs Limited, according to PR Newswire reports.

The lawsuit against Yiren Digital relates to alleged securities fraud and unlawful business practices following the suspension of payments by its parent company CreditEase Holdings on wealth management products worth approximately $4.4 billion. This suspension led to a significant drop in Yiren's American Depository Share price in May 2026.

In the case of Millrose Properties, the class action concerns an October 2025 report revealing that Millrose purchased $200 million of finished homes from Lennar, a controlling entity, intending to lease them but reportedly incurring losses on these rental properties.

For Amdocs, the investigation follows a November 2026 announcement of a forecasted decline in revenue growth and earnings per share due to a contractual dispute with a major customer, which caused a 30% drop in the company's share price.

Investors who purchased securities during the respective class periods are advised to contact Pomerantz LLP by the specified deadlines to participate or seek lead plaintiff status. The firm has offices in multiple cities and specializes in securities class litigation.

These developments highlight ongoing legal actions in the securities market involving allegations of fraud and corporate misconduct. Investors and stakeholders are monitoring these cases as they proceed through the courts.
