A San Francisco-based law firm, Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, has announced a securities class action lawsuit involving Gildan Activewear Inc., according to a PR Newswire release dated October 21, 2026.

The lawsuit concerns allegations that Gildan made false or misleading statements about its financial condition, internal controls, and sales growth drivers during the class period. The complaint claims the company concealed certain facts affecting investors.

Hagens Berman is encouraging investors who purchased Gildan shares on the New York Stock Exchange and suffered substantial losses to submit their claims to potentially lead the class action.

The law firm noted that an investigative report by activist short-seller Jehoshaphat Research, published on June 16, 2026, detailed concerns about Gildan's business practices, which is part of the basis for the lawsuit.

Investors interested in participating in the class action are advised to act promptly as deadlines apply for submitting losses.
