Tesla announced it will cease production of the Cybertruck at its Gigafactory Texas by mid-next year, according to NPR Business.
The Cybertruck, known for its polarizing design, has faced challenges in attracting enough buyers to sustain manufacturing.
Tesla's decision reflects the vehicle's insufficient demand despite its initial hype and unique features.
The company will wind down production operations for the Cybertruck as it adjusts its product lineup and manufacturing focus.
