Amazon offers $25 Thanksgiving meal deal with same-day delivery

Amazon has introduced a $25 Thanksgiving meal deal that includes an eight-pound Butterball turkey, potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, vegetables, rolls, and ingredients for pumpkin pie, according to wmmbam.iheart.com. This offer is available through November 26 while supplies last and serves as part of Amazon's broader Thanksgiving promotions.

The deal is accessible in over 2,300 U.S. cities and towns via Amazon's same-day grocery delivery service. USA Today reports that orders of $25 or more qualify for free same-day delivery, making the meal deal a cost-effective option for shoppers.

Chain Store Age notes that Amazon's meal deal is priced $10 less than Walmart's Thanksgiving bundle but includes fewer items. Unlike Walmart's meal designed for 10 people, Amazon's deal does not specify the number of servings.

In addition to the meal deal, Amazon is offering frozen turkeys at 79 cents per pound and fresh turkeys at 99 cents per pound later this month. The company is also providing discounts on hosting and meal-prep essentials, such as 20% off select Hefty compostable products and 20% to 25% off select McCormick & Company meal essentials and baking supplies.

Jason Buechel, VP of Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores and CEO at Whole Foods Market, said Amazon aims to make it easier for customers to prepare a delicious Thanksgiving meal with everyday low prices and convenient delivery.
