Bright MLS and Ocusell launch OneList to speed up real estate listing entry
Bright MLS and Ocusell's OneList integration lets agents enter listings once and sync across multiple MLSs, cutting entry time by up to 75%.
Bright MLS and Ocusell have launched a live integration called OneList that allows brokers and agents working across multiple MLSs in the Mid-Atlantic region to enter and edit real estate listings once and have them syndicated across participating MLSs without duplicate data entry, HousingWire reported.
This integration is the first major product milestone from the joint venture formed by Bright MLS and Ocusell in 2025, and it provides a single, connected listing input platform nationwide, according to HousingWire.
The OneList platform aims to reduce staff time and compliance risks by enabling agents to enter listing details, photos, and disclosures once, with the system auto-validating fields against local MLS rules while respecting access and display policies.
Ocusell claims that its infrastructure can reduce listing creation time by up to 75% and prevent more than 85% of compliance errors, with future enhancements including AI-driven compliance and Fair Housing screening as well as intelligent media management.
The launch positions Ocusell's network as a scalable solution for multi-MLS entry, complementing the ongoing Open Real Estate initiative's search for a vendor to provide 'input once, distribute everywhere' listing entry across markets.
