Documentary captures Elizabeth Holmes' last days in San Diego home
New film shows intimate moments of Elizabeth Holmes before prison, filmed in San Diego.
A new documentary titled "You Can See Everything" features Elizabeth Holmes, the former Theranos CEO, during the 34 days before she began an 11-year prison sentence, according to Washington Square News.
The film, co-directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, captures Holmes and her family as they settle into a rented home in San Diego for two weeks before her incarceration.
The documentary offers intimate and sometimes humorous scenes, including Holmes caring for her baby and walking on the beach with her fiancé, Billy Evans, portraying a more human side of the controversial figure.
Fielder and Oppenheim use a unique storytelling approach, blending reality and reenactment to explore the complex dynamics between Holmes and Evans without focusing on relitigating her past mistakes.
The film has been noted for its genre-bending style and close-up shots that emphasize the human element of its subjects, providing a fresh perspective on Holmes' story.
