Farmington officials are informing voters about a local Mobile Home Lot Stabilization Ordinance referendum on the Nov. 3 ballot, according to centralmaine.com.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the Town Office, and the town will post a local election notice alongside the state’s notice to ensure voter awareness, centralmaine.com reported.

Absentee ballot applications are available, with a steady number of requests reported by the Town Office. Residents who have already requested ballots do not need to reapply, even if they receive additional forms from political groups, as the town does not send unsolicited absentee ballot request forms, centralmaine.com said.

In-person voting will occur at the Farmington Community Center gymnasium, the same location used for the June election. Residents seeking more information can contact the Town Office, centralmaine.com added.
