The Golden State Valkyries brought a festive atmosphere to the Embarcadero on November 4, 2026, marking their first WNBA championship with a parade and celebration, the SF Standard reported.

The event followed their victory over the Atlanta Dream in Game 7 of the WNBA Finals, clinching the title in only their second season. Fans packed the Chase Center all season and turned out in large numbers for the parade.

Adults took time off work and children skipped school to join the festivities, which included players, coaches, and executives celebrating alongside supporters.

The parade route stretched along the San Francisco waterfront, providing an opportunity for fans and celebrities alike to take photos with the new champions and enjoy the sunny day.
