ICE Mortgage Technology reported a 4% increase in total revenue for the third quarter of 2026, reaching $549 million, according to HousingWire.

The revenue growth was driven by renewed servicing contracts with Wells Fargo and new agreements with Freedom Mortgage, which added home equity portfolios to ICE's MSP platform.

Operating expenses for the quarter were $536 million, resulting in an operating income of $13 million and a 2% operating margin.

Servicing software was the largest revenue source at $229 million, followed by origination technology at $189 million, data and analytics at $71 million, and closing solutions at $60 million.

ICE's network connects 3,000 lenders and over 80,000 notaries, with increased usage evidenced by a 36% rise in servicing business API and web service calls to 11.6 billion in the quarter.

The company also highlighted progress from its Black Knight acquisition, with expected annualized expense synergies rising to about $270 million by the end of 2026, up from the initial $200 million projection.
