Los Angeles County is among 30 counties in California where early in-person voting is available under the Voter’s Choice Act, according to the Los Angeles Times. Early voting centers opened Oct. 24 and remain open through Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., as reported by the Los Angeles County registrar-recorder/county clerk office.

Voters who prefer to cast their ballots in person can find polling locations on the Los Angeles County registrar-recorder/county clerk website or by calling (800) 345-8683, both providing information from the California secretary of state’s office, the Los Angeles Times noted.

On election day, Nov. 3, all polling places in Los Angeles County will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. County elections officials will begin reporting results starting at 8 p.m., with updates continuing throughout the night and following days.

Mail ballots were sent to all registered California voters starting Oct. 5, but voters who want to vote in person still have options in Los Angeles County, where early voting and election day voting centers are accessible, according to the Los Angeles Times.

This guidance aims to help Los Angeles area voters participate in the 2026 general election, ensuring they know how and where to vote before the Nov. 3 deadline.
