NACA hosts 3-day homeownership event in Decatur for Atlanta renters and buyers

The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is holding its “Achieve the Dream” homeownership event from October 30 through November 1 at The Gallery at South DeKalb mall in Decatur, Atlanta News First reported.

The event offers Metro Atlanta renters and first-time homebuyers access to NACA’s Best in America Mortgage program, which features no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, and no private mortgage insurance, along with a below-market fixed interest rate.

Unlike conventional loans, NACA's program does not use credit scores but evaluates applicants based on overall financial readiness and payment history, according to Atlanta News First.

Attendees can complete the four-step qualification process on-site in one day, with many leaving the event qualified to start house hunting immediately.

All NACA services, including counseling and workshops, are free. Prospective buyers can pre-register and find document checklists through NACA's online registration portal.
