The Broward County Sheriff's Office is actively searching for a 16-year-old boy reported missing from Pompano Beach, WSVN reported.

The boy, identified as Willins Louis, was last seen around 9 p.m. Sunday near the 300 Block of Southwest Second Court in Pompano Beach, according to WSVN.

Louis is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts, WSVN added.

Authorities and the family have noted that Louis has autism and medical conditions requiring medication, increasing the urgency of the search, WSVN and WPLG reported.

The Broward Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information about Louis's whereabouts to contact Detective Chris Blankenship at 954-321-4268 or the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).
