Several self-regulatory organizations have filed proposed rule changes that became immediately effective, according to documents posted on the Federal Register website.

Cboe Exchange submitted a filing to amend the definition of Clearing Corporation in its rules and make corresponding changes throughout its rules.

Investors Exchange LLC filed two separate proposed rule changes: one to amend Rule 11.271 regarding the resumption of trading following a Level 3 market-wide circuit breaker halt, and another to amend the IEX Equities Fee Schedule.

MIAX Sapphire LLC filed a proposed rule change to amend fees applicable to the Floor Market Maker Fee and Floor Broker Breakup Credit for transactions in non-penny classes.

BOX Exchange LLC filed a proposed rule change to adopt rules governing the trading of FLEX equity options in electronic auctions.

All filings are part of routine regulatory updates and were posted as XML renditions on FederalRegister.gov, which is an unofficial informational resource pending official legal status from the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register.
