Two women charged in 2007 Lauderdale Lakes murder after 19 years
Charges have been filed against two women in a cold case murder from 2007.

After nearly two decades, two women have been charged in connection with the murder of Leon Heron in Lauderdale Lakes. He was shot and killed outside his apartment while bringing dinner home to his wife.
The Broward Sheriff's Office cold case detectives made the arrests following a tip from prison. Brittany Hanfield has been charged with first-degree murder, and Sheila Arstil was identified as a second suspect last week.
