According to a New York Times/Siena University survey reported by The Hill, Vice President Vance holds 33 percent support among Republican primary voters, leading the GOP field for the 2028 presidential nomination.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio also ranks highly in the early GOP polling, placing near the top alongside Vance.

On the Democratic side, former Vice President Kamala Harris leads a wide-open field, according to the same survey.

These early polls provide an initial look at potential frontrunners as the 2028 presidential race begins to take shape, though the field remains fluid at this stage.
