Cody Johnson, a country music star, recently shared how his childhood dream of owning a Texas ranch and raising a family became a reality, according to b985.fm, wkdq.com, and wnaw.com. At the age of 8, Johnson imagined having land, a home, and space for horses and cattle, which he has now accomplished.

Johnson explained on CBS Mornings that his primary goal was never fame but to earn enough money to provide a good life for his wife and children. He wanted to afford land, build a nice house, and maintain good horses and cattle.

Today, Johnson lives on his Texas ranch with his wife and their three children, surrounded by animals and open land, fulfilling the vision he had since childhood. Despite becoming a respected country artist, he once felt uncertain about achieving both musical success and his dream of ranch ownership.

Johnson admitted that he once felt there was a limit to what he could achieve, saying he felt there was a ceiling on his potential to become a huge country star and own a cattle ranch simultaneously.

His career has since expanded beyond his initial expectations, and he has realized the life he always hoped to build for his family on his ranch.
