Washington, D.C. police have reissued a public appeal for information about a triple shooting that took place six weeks ago in Northwest D.C., FOX 5 DC reported.

On September 13, officers responded to gunfire reports on the 1900 block of 9th Street NW, where they found three men with gunshot wounds. All three victims were hospitalized and have survived their injuries, according to FOX 5 DC.

The investigation remains active as police search for a male suspect seen on video fleeing the scene in a white car. The suspect's identity and the motive behind the shooting are still unknown.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident or the suspect to contact the Metropolitan Police Department immediately, FOX 5 DC said.
