Dry, comfortable weather expected for last day of NC State Fair in Raleigh
Raleigh area to see dry, pleasant fall weather with highs in the upper 60s on final day of the NC State Fair.
WRAL reported that the last day of the North Carolina State Fair will be marked by comfortable fall weather, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies and highs reaching into the upper 60s. The area has experienced a dry streak during the fair, with only one day of rain.
According to WRAL's Severe Weather Center, a high-pressure system is building over the region, contributing to dry and pleasant conditions through the weekend and into the first half of next week. Morning temperatures will start in the 40s, warming to the 60s and 70s during the day.
WRAL also noted that this weather pattern is expected to continue through Halloween, with no rain anticipated and highs in the low 70s, making conditions favorable for trick-or-treating in the Raleigh area.
Looking ahead, the monthly outlook for November suggests temperatures will remain above normal on average, with precipitation expected to be above normal as well, influenced by the ongoing El NiƱo pattern.
