The Department of the Treasury has invited public and federal agency comments on proposed information collections related to RESTORE Act grants, as reported by the Federal Register.

Other submissions include requests for review and approval of information collections concerning ocean enterprise activities, the International Dolphin Conservation Program, and state applications under the Individuals With Disabilities Act, according to the Federal Register.

These requests are part of ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, aiming to reduce paperwork and respondent burden while ensuring regulatory transparency.

The Federal Register noted that these documents are currently available in prototype XML format on FederalRegister.gov and include links to official PDFs on govinfo.gov, but they do not yet have official legal status until authorized by the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register.
