Multiple federal agencies have recently submitted information collection requests (ICRs) for review and public comment as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, according to the Federal Register.

The Department of Education proposed reinstating without change an ICR related to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) domestic sourcing requirements waiver, as noted in the Federal Register.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) invited comments on an ICR concerning certain transfers of domestic stock or securities by U.S. persons to foreign corporations.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced it submitted a proposed collection of information related to color additive certification to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance.

Additional ICRs submitted for OMB review include extensions for Rule 163, Form N-54A, and Rule 17f-1, as documented in the Federal Register.

These submissions are part of ongoing federal efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act, which aims to minimize the paperwork burden on the public while ensuring agencies collect necessary information.
