Firefighters from the Sacramento Fire Department responded to a house fire late Wednesday morning in the 3100 block of 60th Street, located in the Tahoe Park community, FOX40 reported.

Upon arrival around 10:41 a.m., crews encountered heavy flames and difficult conditions due to the home's hoarder state, which complicated firefighting efforts, according to fire officials.

The hoarder conditions created obstacles that made it harder for firefighters to control and extinguish the fire effectively, FOX40 noted.

Officials did not provide information on injuries or the cause of the fire at this time.

The Sacramento Fire Department continues to address fires complicated by hoarder conditions as part of their ongoing safety efforts in the community.
