MAVERIX hires Anna Visioli as strategic advisor for proptech and brokerage strategy

MAVERIX has appointed Anna Visioli, a former senior vice president at Compass International Holdings, as a strategic advisor to support proptech companies in navigating enterprise brokerage strategies, HousingWire reported.

Visioli brings over 20 years of experience in brokerage, technology, operations, and digital marketing, having held leadership roles at Coldwell Banker and Anywhere Real Estate, focusing on technology platforms and strategic initiatives across large brokerage networks.

Jeff Kennedy, MAVERIX's founder and CEO, highlighted that Visioli’s deep understanding of major real estate organizations will help clients better evaluate and implement products and partnerships.

Visioli emphasized the importance of helping brokerages execute their priorities and develop technology that aligns with their workflows, noting that her role will assist technology vendors in managing complex sales cycles and integration challenges.

Her expertise aims to help proptech firms avoid common pitfalls, refine their value propositions, and design scalable pilot programs within the brokerage channel.
