Sacramento-based Lunai Bioworks to delist from Nasdaq on Oct. 30
Lunai Bioworks will voluntarily delist from Nasdaq after failing to meet stockholders' equity requirements, company announced.
Lunai Bioworks Inc., a company based in Sacramento, announced it received a letter from Nasdaq on October 21, 2026, stating it no longer meets the minimum stockholders' equity requirement of $2.5 million, according to a PR Newswire release.
The company reported a stockholders' deficit of over $9 million in its fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, and does not meet alternative market value or net income standards, the release said.
Due to these financial conditions and a mandatory Hearings Panel Monitor under Nasdaq rules, Nasdaq staff determined to delist Lunai Bioworks' securities.
Trading of Lunai Bioworks' common stock on Nasdaq is expected to be suspended at the opening of business on October 30, 2026, the company said.
Lunai Bioworks also stated it will not seek to relist on Nasdaq following the delisting.
