San Diego kids learn magic skills and confidence at local College of Magic

The College of Magic in San Diego offers children, many from marginalized communities, an opportunity to learn magic skills such as conjuring candy and performing card tricks, KPBS reported.

Beyond teaching magic, the program aims to help students develop confidence, creativity, and resilience as they face the world, according to KPBS.

Students are encouraged to adopt a positive mindset while learning to perform magic, fostering both personal growth and entertainment skills, KPBS added.

This initiative highlights efforts in San Diego to provide enriching extracurricular activities that support youth development in diverse communities.
