Multiple self-regulatory organizations have submitted filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for immediate effectiveness of proposed rule changes, according to recent Federal Register notices.

NYSE American LLC proposed modifying its options fee schedule, specifically adjusting pricing for the Customer Best Execution (CUBE) auctions. This change aims to update how fees are structured for these auctions.

Investors Exchange LLC filed a rule change to alter the behavior of discretionary peg orders during periods of quote instability or imbalance, which could affect how orders are processed in volatile market conditions.

Cboe Exchange, Inc. submitted a proposal to remove the Silexx fees from its fee schedule, in line with SEC exemptive relief, effectively eliminating these fees from their current structure.

Additionally, MX2 LLC filed a rule change to amend Rule 11.15, which pertains to clearly erroneous executions, potentially impacting how such trades are reviewed and handled.

These filings reflect ongoing adjustments by exchanges to their operational rules and fee structures, subject to SEC review and approval.
