A Baltimore homeowner has released surveillance video related to the alleged kidnapping and stabbing of a 15-year-old girl on October 22, FOX45 Baltimore reported. The footage shows a white car arriving at the property on Garrison Boulevard around 8:09 p.m., with a man and a female exiting and entering the basement door.

The man, identified by the homeowner as 23-year-old Abubakarr Barrie, is facing nine charges including attempted first-degree murder and kidnapping in connection with the incident. The homeowner said Barrie was renting a basement room and had recently returned to the property after living in New York.

Approximately 43 minutes after entering, the video shows the teenage girl running out of the basement and fleeing the home around 8:52 p.m., according to the homeowner. The homeowner was out of the country when the event occurred and requested anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the case.

Barrie had previously lived at the home before relocating and then returning one to two months prior to the incident, FOX45 Baltimore reported. The investigation remains active as authorities continue to pursue charges related to the attack.
