The 39th annual Christmas in Historic Springboro festival is scheduled for November 20 through 22, drawing an estimated 80,000 guests to downtown Springboro, according to Dayton Daily News and Journal-News.

This nonprofit event, the largest three-day holiday festival in the tri-state area, will take place along a seven-block stretch of South Main Street, featuring over 35 food stands and 75 craft vendors. Participating businesses include Schmidt’s Sausage Haus, Moore’s Flipside Grill, All About Churros, and Louisiana Grill Bourbon Chicken.

The festival will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 20, with an opening ceremony and tree lighting at Rotary Park, located at 330 S. Main Street.

On Saturday morning, November 21, the event will host its 13th annual Christmas in Springboro 5K run/walk, starting at the corner of West Mill Street and South Main Street. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers in each age group.

That same day at noon, the holiday parade will start at Clearcreek Elementary on South Main Street, proceeding through North Street, Florence Drive, Lookout Street, and Elmwood Drive before returning to the school.
