Authorities block street after shooting in Northwest Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade deputies and investigators closed a street in West Little River following a reported shooting incident.

Deputies from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office and investigators blocked off Northwest 107th Street and 27th Avenue in Northwest Miami-Dade after reports of a shooting, WSVN reported.

The incident occurred in the West Little River area, prompting authorities to close the street and secure the scene for investigation.

Crime scene investigators were seen collecting evidence from a parking lot at a nearby business, according to WSVN's coverage.

The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office has been contacted for further details, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
