Breaking Bad star Dean Norris lists California mansion amid divorce and bankruptcy
Dean Norris has put his 7,315 sq ft Temecula home up for sale following divorce and a restaurant bankruptcy filing.
Breaking Bad actor Dean Norris has listed his 7,315 square foot mansion in Temecula, California, for $3.2 million amid his divorce from wife Bridget Norris, dailymail.com reported. The property includes nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a guesthouse, spa, infinity pool, horse barn, outdoor kitchen, and a fruit orchard on 11 acres with mountain and valley views.
The couple, who married in 2001 and separated in January 2025, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for their restaurant, Swing Inn Cafe, which they purchased in 2022. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the restaurant's gross revenue dropped by $1 million from 2024 to 2025, and the business holds between $100,000 and $500,000 in assets against liabilities ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Bridget Norris filed for divorce in Riverside County in 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. She has requested joint legal and physical custody of their five children, including two minors, as well as spousal support and a court determination of property rights acquired during the marriage.
In addition to the restaurant, the couple manages the Norris Performing Arts Center. The mansion was initially purchased for $1.725 million about 12 years ago, and the sale is being handled exclusively by Sherrie Snyder of Allison James Estates & Homes.
