Chick-fil-A opens new location in Seabrook, NH, replacing Outback Steakhouse
The fifth Chick-fil-A in New Hampshire opened on October 8, led by local operator Tim Lagoy, with a $25,000 donation to the NH Food Bank.
Chick-fil-A has opened a new restaurant in Seabrook, New Hampshire, marking the fifth location in the state, according to reports from 92moose.fm, 949whom.com, and b985.fm. The new site replaces the former Outback Steakhouse and officially opened its doors on October 8, 2026.
The new Seabrook location is operated by Tim Lagoy, a Seacoast native who joined Chick-fil-A in 2016 and returned to New Hampshire to run this restaurant, the outlets reported. This opening represents a significant milestone for Lagoy and the local community.
Chick-fil-A's presence in New Hampshire dates back nearly 30 years, with the first location opening in 1999 at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua. Since then, three other locations have opened in Nashua, Newington, and Salem, with Seabrook now becoming the fifth.
In honor of the opening, Chick-fil-A has donated $25,000 to the New Hampshire Food Bank to support local hunger relief efforts, according to a press release cited by the sources. This contribution aims to benefit residents in the Granite State.
The project moved quickly after the Seabrook town planning board approved the demolition of the Outback Steakhouse in March 2025 to make way for Chick-fil-A. The new restaurant operates Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is located at 712 Lafayette Road, near McDonald's and the Seabrook Commons.
