The U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from the People's Republic of China. This review covers the period from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026, according to the Federal Register.

Commerce preliminarily determined that the exporter subject to this review is part of the China-wide entity. This finding is because the exporter did not establish eligibility for a separate rate, the Federal Register reported.

Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of the administrative review, as stated in the Federal Register.

Additionally, Commerce rescinded the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on wood mouldings and millwork products from China for the 2025 calendar year, according to a separate Federal Register notice.

The Department of Commerce also initiated various administrative reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders with September anniversary dates, as noted in the Federal Register.

These actions reflect ongoing U.S. trade enforcement activities related to imports from China, with opportunities for public input on preliminary findings.
