The Caribbean Fishery Management Council's Scientific and Statistical Committee (SSC) will hold a one-day public virtual meeting to address agenda items related to Caribbean fisheries management, according to the Federal Register.

Similarly, the New England Fishery Management Council is conducting a public webinar meeting of an SSC Subpanel to consider actions affecting fisheries in the New England exclusive economic zone (EEZ). Recommendations from this subpanel will be presented to the full Council for further consideration.

Additionally, the New England Fishery Management Council is scheduling an in-person meeting with a webinar option for its Joint Whiting Committee and Advisory Panel to discuss fisheries management in the New England EEZ. Outcomes from this meeting will also be brought to the full Council for potential action.

The Pacific Fishery Management Council's Groundfish Subcommittee of its SSC is holding a virtual meeting to update guidelines for groundfish stock assessments, as noted in the Federal Register.

All these meetings are part of ongoing efforts by regional fishery management councils to review scientific data and consider regulatory measures affecting fisheries within U.S. waters.
