Connor Storrie is reportedly in talks to play the villain opposite Ryan Gosling in Marvel Studios' Ghost Rider, according to Variety, Deadline, and The Hollywood Reporter. The film is directed by Shawn Levy, who reunites with Gosling and screenwriter Jonathan Tropper for the project.

Ghost Rider is scheduled for release on July 28, 2028, with production planned to begin in New York next year. The film will be shot on film, with Linus Sandgren hired as director of photography, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The project is produced by Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige alongside Louis D’Esposito, Stephen Broussard, Shawn Levy, and Ryan Gosling. Executive producers include Richie Palmer and Jessie Henderson, Variety noted.

Connor Storrie gained prominence for his role in the series Heated Rivalry and has since earned a Primetime Emmy nomination for his guest hosting on Saturday Night Live. His casting in a major Marvel movie would mark a significant step in his career, Variety added.

While it is presumed that Ryan Gosling is playing Johnny Blaze, the Ghost Rider character, Marvel has not officially confirmed this. The specific villain role Storrie would play has not been disclosed, though the comics feature several demonic antagonists, The Hollywood Reporter explained.
