A pumpkin bread recipe from Adrianna Adarme’s “A Cozy Kitchen Cookbook” is designed to maximize flavor while minimizing effort, according to themorningsun.com and delcotimes.com.

The recipe features a one-bowl batter that combines granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour. The batter is poured into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Before baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes, the top is sprinkled with pepitas, turbinado sugar, and flaky salt. Running a paring knife lengthwise through the batter helps the loaf split nicely as it rises.

After baking, the bread cools in the pan for about an hour before being removed and sliced. The recipe is customizable with additions like chocolate chips or nuts but is also enjoyed plain with coffee.
