Esab Corp., headquartered in North Bethesda, Maryland, announced third-quarter earnings of $38.9 million, according to WTOP reporting on Wednesday.

The company reported a profit of 58 cents per share for the quarter. When adjusted for one-time gains and costs, earnings came to $1.30 per share.
