Baltimore police confirmed that five businesses were burglarized early Wednesday morning, with four of the locations situated within a few blocks of each other in the Remington neighborhood, FOX45 Baltimore reported.

Surveillance video from Spin Cycle Coin Laundry at 2020 Maryland Ave. showed a person breaking through a window around 3:29 a.m., stealing a cash register, and later returning to break into a coin machine, according to FOX45 Baltimore.

A Spin Cycle employee told FOX45 News this was not the first time the business had been targeted, noting that there have been three break-ins in the past three months, each time resulting in window damage that required repairs.

Baltimore police are investigating the five burglaries to determine if they are connected, as reported by FOX45 Baltimore.
