Human skeletal remains found off South Potter Road in Lancaster County

Lancaster County authorities are investigating human skeletal remains discovered near South Potter Road.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office are jointly investigating after human skeletal remains were found off South Potter Road, WSOC-TV reported.

The discovery prompted an official response from local authorities who are working to identify the remains and determine the circumstances surrounding the find.

Officials have not yet released further details about the identity of the remains or any suspects involved, and the investigation is ongoing.
