J.R. Eppler, a lawyer and candidate for San Francisco's District 10 supervisor seat, has been actively canvassing voters throughout the district, according to Mission Local. Eppler has personally knocked on more than 1,000 doors in neighborhoods including Bayview-Hunters Point, Dogpatch, Potrero Hill, and Visitacion Valley.

Eppler, who lives in Potrero Hill, has been seen carrying flyers and wearing campaign pins while meeting residents, as reported by Mission Local. His campaign team has reached over 2,000 additional households, amounting to contact with about 10 percent of the district's roughly 30,751 households.

The District 10 supervisor race is described as a three-way contest, with Eppler running against other candidates including Theo Ellington, a Bayview native and presumed frontrunner, according to Mission Local.

Eppler's canvassing efforts reflect a direct approach to voter engagement in the final days before the election, focusing on personal interaction and neighborhood presence across the district.
