Looksmaxxing influencer pleads not guilty to rape charge in Massachusetts
Social media influencer Clavicular was arraigned on rape and related charges and pleaded not guilty in Massachusetts court.
According to ABC News, social media influencer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, was arraigned on a rape charge in Massachusetts and pleaded not guilty. The 20-year-old was charged with raping a 17-year-old girl in 2025 following an investigation by the Chatham Police Department.
NBC News reported that the charges include rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and providing liquor to a person under 21. The alleged incident reportedly occurred in May 2025 at Peters' family home in Cape Cod.
The alleged victim, an 18-year-old influencer known online as Alorah or Alorah Ziva, claimed Peters got her drunk with vodka during a livestream and raped her while she was asleep. Peters' mother and grandmother were reportedly in the house at the time.
During the court hearing in Orleans, Massachusetts, Judge John Julian ordered Peters to surrender his passport and stay away from the alleged victim, including refraining from posting about her on social media. Peters was granted $10,000 bail and is scheduled to return to court for a probable cause hearing on November 24.
Peters has denied the allegations through his attorneys, stating the sexual encounter was consensual. His lawyer filed a motion to dismiss the case, arguing insufficient evidence was presented by the police, as reported by NBC News.
