The Lowcountry Nosh Jewish Food and Heritage Festival is returning for its 12th year on Sunday, November 8, in Charleston. WCBD reported the event will take place off Hasell Street and will showcase Jewish food, music, and culture.
The festival is presented by Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim (KKBE), which is notable as the birthplace of Reform Judaism in the United States. Attendees can also tour KKBE’s sanctuary, the oldest sanctuary in the country, according to WCBD.
This event offers a chance for Charleston residents and visitors to experience Jewish heritage through food and cultural activities in a historic setting.
