A Seminole man faces charges after allegedly defrauding a victim of over $30,000 in escrow funds.

WFLA 8 reported that a man was arrested in Seminole on Monday following an investigation into a fraud scheme involving escrow funds.

According to the arrest report, the man allegedly defrauded one individual of more than $30,000.

Authorities took action after uncovering the fraudulent activity linked to the escrow funds.
