Search continues for armed man last seen near Aldie, Virginia

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Department is actively searching for a man described as armed and dangerous, according to WTOP.

The man, identified as Christian De Jesus Santiago, 30, was last seen near Conejo Way and Northstar Boulevard in Aldie, Virginia, on Sunday.

Authorities initially believed Santiago was still on foot in the area, but updated information from digital evidence suggests he may no longer be in the county, though residents are still advised to remain alert.

Santiago was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black pants, and a black shirt featuring a ghost on the front.

The sheriff’s department has not disclosed details about the events leading up to the search. Residents who spot Santiago are urged to keep their distance and call 911 or contact the sheriff’s office at 703-777-1021.
