Stephen Curry scored 29 points and Yaxel Lendeborg contributed 17 points, eight rebounds, and six assists as the Golden State Warriors secured their sixth straight victory by defeating the Miami Heat 120-100, WPLG Local 10 reported.

CBS News Bay Area added that the Warriors overcame an early 0-3 start to the season and extended their winning streak with this game. Draymond Green recorded a season-high 11 assists, and Georges Niang scored 13 points off the bench.

Miami's Giannis Antetokounmpo had 20 points and 14 rebounds, while Davion Mitchell added 22 points and eight assists. Bam Adebayo contributed 18 points and 10 rebounds, but the Heat were outscored 26-9 during a key stretch in the third quarter and could not recover.

Former Warriors teammates Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins faced their old team. Thompson scored 11 points in his return and received a warm ovation, while Wiggins scored two points with six rebounds and four assists for Miami.

Curry moved into 17th place on the NBA's career scoring list during the game by passing Oscar Robertson. The Warriors shot 39% from three-point range, making 16 of 41 attempts, which was a key factor in their win.

The game also featured a tribute to Jason Collins on Pride Night, attended by his former Warriors assistant coach and Stanford star Jarron Collins, according to CBS News Bay Area.
