Trip.com Group is expanding its travel offerings to include local attractions, ground transportation, and dining experiences for concertgoers, according to Skift.

The company sees concert trips as an opportunity to increase travel bookings beyond just tickets and hotel stays, aiming to capture more of fans' overall travel spending.

Edison Chen, vice president of destination marketing and strategic alliances at Trip.com Group, said most concertgoers prefer to spend about four days at the destination, which creates opportunities to sell additional experiences.

Trip.com Group is focusing on concert travelers who often cross borders, hoping to persuade them to extend their trips and explore the destination further, thus increasing revenue from attractions and transport.
