The Golden State Warriors defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 124-112 on Sunday night, marking their fourth consecutive win, CBS News Los Angeles reported.

Rookie Yaxel Lendeborg led the Warriors with a career-high 37 points and six assists. He shot 13 for 19 overall and 6 of 11 from three-point range. His scoring was the highest by a Warriors rookie since Stephen Curry scored 42 points in 2010.

The Warriors played without stars Stephen Curry and Draymond Green, who rested for the first game of a back-to-back. Despite their absence, Golden State's reserves contributed 40 points, including 17 from Brandon Williams.

For the Clippers, Rui Hachimura scored 24 points and Kobe Sanders added 16 off the bench. The loss marked the Clippers' fifth consecutive defeat.

The Warriors also honored the Golden State Valkyries, who recently won the WNBA championship. The team was recognized at midcourt during the first half, with players and fans celebrating the historic victory.

Golden State will host their next game following this win, continuing their strong season momentum.
