Baltimore’s Board of Estimates is scheduled to consider a $51,183.60 contract with Johnson Advisory Group, LLC, to provide social media management and media relations support for Councilman Jermaine Jones’ District 12 office, FOX45 Baltimore reported.

The proposed agreement would cover a 12-month period and includes managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat to enhance Jones’ public visibility, according to The Baltimore Sun.

This contract request closely mirrors a similar $51,183.60 contract submitted last year for the same services and funding account, indicating continuity in the councilman’s media support strategy.

Jeff Castro, communications manager for the Office of the City Council President, confirmed that if approved, this would be the second such contract for Jones’ office in under two years, with the previous contract covering June 2025 through June 2026.

The Board of Estimates’ consideration of this contract is part of its regular oversight of city expenditures and contracts related to council members’ offices.
