Black Sabbath albums lead final four in spookiest rock album cover vote

Ultimate Classic Rock readers have selected the final four contenders for the spookiest rock album cover in their annual Halloween bracket, according to kool1017.com and power96radio.com.

Three of the four remaining album covers come from the Black Sabbath family tree. These include Black Sabbath's self-titled 1970 debut album, featuring a mysterious witch-like woman on the cover, as well as albums from two of the band's singers: Ozzy Osbourne's Bark at the Moon and Dio's Holy Diver.

The fourth contender is Iron Maiden's Killers album, which could challenge for the title against the Black Sabbath alumni albums.

Voting is open until 11:59PM EST on Tuesday, October 27, with fans able to vote once an hour in the two remaining battles. The winners will advance to the finals, which start the following morning.
